This section will guide you on the various elements of your Total Gym that will help you accommodate for your patients strength, mobility and / or awareness deficits. Strength refers to the amount of force, mobility takes into account muscular and fascial restrictions, and awareness refers to not only proprioception / kinesthetic awareness, but also control and balance.
