We've come up with a great incentive to help you
earn $ towards your next CHEK course.
For anyone referring people who register and attend the following CHEK courses:
HLC 1, Exercise Coach or Golf Biomechanics,
HQH will issue a credit worth NZ/AUS $50 to be used towards any HQH organized CHEK course.
Credits expire 24 months after being issued.
Each CHEK course registration form will have a place to record the referring person’s full name, email and/or phone number. If registering online, you must record the referring person's full name etc in the notes section at the checkout. This will be used for issuing credits and must be filled in to be valid.
To redeem a voucher towards any CHEK course, phone the HQH office for details.
Personnel of facilities with the HQH/CHEK Corporate Plan can earn credits for referring non-facility personnel, i.e. clients, friends and family. Credits cannot be earned on referrals of non-facility personnel as special discounts already apply.
