Mark has lectured in New Zealand, Australia, U.S.A., Canada, England, Dubai and Japan. He worked for two years at Lower Hutt hospital in Wellington as the Head of Musculoskeletal Therapy, and he has also invented specialised exercise equipment, such as the Critical Mass™, a specialised piece of equipment for both conforming and non-conforming training.
A senior member of the C.H.E.K Faculty for the C.H.E.K Institute in California, Mark is a highly regarded presenter of CHEK Exercise Coach and C.H.E.K Practitioner Levels 1 and 2. Through these he teaches practical, clinical methods of client assessment, evaluation and corrective exercise program design. Mark has taught these programs to students in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK. He has also been closely involved in course development with the C.H.E.K Institute and training of C.H.E.K Faculty.
Mark's student intake regularly includes a range of Fitness and Medical professionals who regard his in-depth knowledge and presentation skills highly.
