Byron Kelleher - All Black
Byron Kelleher came to Mark with a back injury in Christchurch, where he identified a muscle imbalance and advised him on how to correct it. Mark then came to Dunedin to live and Byron's back was in a bad way again. As a result he hadn't been performing as well as he could. It was All Black selection time and he had been given around 5 weeks to focus on his game. Under Mark's guidance he took Byron from 87 kilos to around 95/96 kilos of pure muscle. His first game back he annihilated the field and inevitably was selected for the All Blacks. Following this while in top form he was assigned to only train with Mark, as he had achieved such outstanding results with him.
Tony Jeffs - NZ Swimmer
Greatest Achievement 1998 Commonwealth Games, Bronze Medal - 50m Freestyle.
Part of the documentary for 'Road to Athens', Mark worked with Tony Jeffs, New Zealand swimmer, throughout this period in her career. With her dedication he guided her to achieving the fastest times in her life. Tony was originally referred to Mark through a shoulder injury that no one could fix. Once he helped her, she asked him what else he could do. Having never worked with a swimmer before, he researched into the training methods and realised that many swimmers were being trained ineffectively. He then applied his unique methods and training principles to Tony and identified key areas of performance. With his help she became faster in the water and had significantly improved her starting times with only 3 - 4 months of training.

Rugby Teams
Mark has consulted with various rugby teams and was asked by Greg Muller to fly up and work with Auckland NPC players. Injured players would also be sent to Mark's courses when he was presenting a C.H.E.K course as case studies for the classes to view and understand, as a result he would assess these players and outline a recovery plan.
Combat Sports
Mark has consulted for World Champion kickboxers Jason Suttie and Peter Graham and has been involved in training many fighters to achieve peak fitness and power performance. His gym often hosts and promotes World Title Fights and is renowned for its high profile events.
