Level 1: Fundamental Lifts
This 3-day course will cover the true ‘science’ and ‘practice’ of strength & power development – providing the student with both the foundation and advanced skills needed to work with top end athletes that need to demonstrate high levels of strength and/or power output.

1. How to interpret academic concepts for strength and power development –with instruction on practical application
2. How to use specialist equipment to quantify bar speed and monitor athlete/client improvement
3. Instruction in the use of advanced training concepts:

Level 2: Complex Lifts
This 3-day course advances the student's technical skills in movement assessment – utilising software and video analysis to break down and assess complex movement patterns.

1. Practical instruction on Olympic lifting and its accessory lifts
- Advancing the concepts covered in Level 1
2. How to perform an advanced movement assessment
- Using software and video analysis
- Options for online consultations
- Advancing the concepts covered in Level 1

Level 3: Non-Conforming Lifts
This 3-day course will provide the student with the final skills needed to work with an elite level strength and/or power athlete – competing in a sport with Biomotor Co-dependence.

Key Skills Learnt:
1. How to assess/monitor a client's training state based on Hormonal Profile Testing
2. How to select advanced training methods that match the Biomotor demands of the sport:
- Conforming versus non-conforming training
- Imperfection training
- Advancing the concepts covered in ALL previous modules
3. Advanced Program Design considerations:
- How to structure a program that factors in all the client/athlete's training needs
- Program Design considerations based on the client/athlete's Hormonal Profile results
