Exercise Balls - Dead Medicine Balls

'Dead' Balls are filled with a variety of dense materials to allow incremental weight ranges without changing the grip size. This allows more adaptability for performance or rehab exercise programs. These are ideal for Rebounder use as most of the force of impact comes from the Rebounder, not the ball.

The dense material makes the balls 'dead' in nature, which means they don't bounce when thrown. With Dead balls you won't need to chase them around the filed or gym-maximises your training time.

D-Balls come in a variety of sizes each with an appropriate weight range to allow progressive training.

Remember This Rule: Large balls to integrate, Small balls isolate muscle recruitment.

The smaller the muscle group you are trying to isolate the smaller the ball that you use. When executing compound movements that involve multiple muscle groups, use larger balls.
