- Practical application of the Triad of Health (Physical - Mental - Chemical)
- Posture Analysis
- Gait Analysis
- Primal Movement Pattern Analysis
- Length/tension testing reviewed and expanded
- Range of motion assessment
- Stretching techniques for improving muscle balance
- Practical application of above assessment skills
- Application of principles taught in Program Design and Advanced Program Design
Pre requisite C.H.E.K Institute courses from January 2009:
Completed CHEK Exercise Coach certification
(approx 2 hours) Flatten Your Abs Forever DVD
(approx 32 - 35 hours to complete) Advanced Program Design Correspondence Course
(approx 17 - 21 hours to complete) Equal, But Not the Same Correspondence Course
