In Level 1 you learned how to make assessments while the body was at rest, in Level 2, we focus on assessments while the body is in motion.
During Level 2, you will learn to perform and when to use:
- Practical application of the Triad of Health (Physical - Mental - Chemical)
- Posture Analysis
- Gait Analysis
- Primal Movement Pattern Analysis
- Length/tension testing reviewed and expanded
- Range of motion assessment
- Stretching techniques for improving muscle balance
- Practical application of above assessment skills
- Application of principles taught in Program Design and Advanced Program Design
