You have already completed the pre-requisite correspondence courses:-
Scientific Core Conditioning Scientific Back Training Correspondence Course Program Design Correspondence Course
and read Paul Chek's two books:-
How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy and
Movement That Matters.
For you to get a head start and to gain the maximum beneft from your course, we also recommend that you have done the following:-
1. Please be sure to perform each assessment in Scientific Core Conditioning and Scientific Back Training on at least two clients/friends.
2. Master each exercise in Scientific Core Conditioning and Scientific Back Training. If you cannot master an exercise make notes on why you are having difficulty.
3. Study up on anatomy using the anatomy-colouring book (this book can be found in any book store).
