The Leg Pulley System includes a cable that attaches to the glideboard via a pulley mechanism, a pair of foot harnesses to facilitate a number of traditional and evolved Pilates exercises, an ankle harness that fits the ankle and foot securely for single leg work, a Cable Extension Kit to accommodate leg length, and adaptive components to connect the system to yourt Total Gym, GRAVITY or PowerTower.
