| A two part foam roller especially for spinal mobilisations. Outer diameter is 100 mm by 1000 mm long, which is the preferred size for thoracic mobilisation techniques. Once the roller has been used for a little while the inner core which is 75 mm can be removed and used separately in situations where 100mm is too extreme. A cautionary note: a 150-mm foam roller is sometimes available on the market, but practitioners should be aware that that the radius is too large for thoracic mobilisations and can be too severe and may cause injury. |
