This new course shows you how to apply the science of biomechanics and kinesiology to advanced assessments and functional training techniques using the Swiss ball. Paul Chek shows you how to use the Swiss ball for rehabilitation and injury prevention. You will learn how to identify postural problems and instabilities using Swiss ball assessments.

After completing the course, you will be able to develop these assessments into corrective exercises, with appropriate modifications for the condition and training level of your client.
