By training with the Back Fit Board you keep your body in good shape, you strengthen your abdominal and your back muscles, train your spine, stabilize your joints, mobilize your hips and pelvis and work out tension. The exercises are explained in detail in the exercise poster and on the training video. To prompt you for each exercise there is a simple running commentary that allows you to control your training performance.
The Back Fit Board is suitable for training if you suffer from problems with your back and joints. Due to its construction, it can easily be used at home or even in your office for a refreshing break.
