Prerequisites for Functional Movement Analysis:
- An understanding in both structural and functional anatomy
- It is recommended (but not a requirement) that students have a working knowledge of the key fundamental lifts – Squat, Dead Lift and Bench Press
Learning Objectives:
(1) To develop a theoretical and practical understanding of client assessment based on the ‘Load Transfer Model’.(2) To learn how to interpret assessment information – to qualify client for corrective protocols and lift selection

(3) To develop a theoretical and practical understanding of the Basic Lifts – with respect to the ‘Load Transfer Model’
