Placing Your Order

After you place your order, you will receive an automated response confirming your online purchase. If this e-mail is not received immediately, your order was not successfully completed. Please reorder or contact us via e-mail or phone.

Freight

We have three freight options that will show up through our store: 

• Freight Pre-Calculated: If you go to checkout and 'Please Select' is showing, select your region and freight will be calculated based on the product weight.
• No Freight Required: All Courses and Workshops will have no freight required, unless you select the CHEK Complete Pack - Prerequisite Pack and Seminar, whereby we will send you an invoice with the freight calculated for the Prerequisite Pack.
• Quote Freight: For our larger fitness equipment, freight is dependant on a number of things, in particular for Australia - the landed cost of the equipment. If this shows, we will send you an invoice with the freight calculation. Please do not make a payment until you receive our invoice.

We take care to dispatch your order in the best, fastest and safest way that we can. We prefer to use a courier service except for rural addresses. If the courier needs to have special instructions about leaving your parcel if no one is home to receive it, please give us those details when placing your order.

Overseas Shipping Rates

Overseas rates are calculated at the time of processing your order.

Overseas Orders
In some countries an import or duty tax may be charged by that country. International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country's regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned.

Back Orders

When an item goes on back-order, you will be notified by email. If your order contains other items beyond the back-ordered item, then we will ship your order. We will ship the remaining item as soon as we receive it at no extra cost to you. Your credit card will be charged as the items are shipped to you.
