Credit Card payment terms

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards under the following terms.

  • Visa, Master Card: Purchases up to $2000 NZD no surcharge. Purchases over $2000 Surcharge 1.95%
  • American Express: 3.8%
  • Please note international Customers will pay an international conversion fee to their Credit Card Provider. This fee is independent of HQH Fitness.

Our Delivery Policy

  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier or if an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.
  • No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.  
  • Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified.

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.

In order to secure your place for any course a deposit is required. Enrolment confirmation letters and pre-course materials (if applicable) will be sent out via email (or posted upon request) approximately two weeks before the course start date. It is important we have valid contact details.

General Information and Policies regarding HQH Courses

  • Registration forms/online registrations must be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course; this should be accompanied with payment of 50% deposit unless otherwise specified/arranged. Payment of the deposit confirms a place in the course. Final payments will be processed 2 weeks prior to the course start date.
  • Registrations may be accepted within 2 weeks of the course start date; full payment will be required to confirm your place in the course.
  • Workshop/lecture placement is strictly first come first served. Class size is limited depending on the venue or seminar.
  • Workshops will be confirmed to proceed between 3 - 4 weeks of the start date.
  • Please check the workshop is confirmed, that you’re registered and double check course dates prior to confirming any travel arrangements. HQH does not accept any liability for booked flights, accommodation, etc on unconfirmed workshops.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy

  • If any course is cancelled by HQH, a full refund of all received payments will be given or credited to subsequent workshops/lectures.
  • All requests for cancellations or transfers must be received in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to a course start date.
  • When transferring to a different course, any payments previously made will be credited to another HQH organised course minus a 15% transfer fee. The new course must then be taken within 12 months of the transfer date.
  • Full refunds will be not be given for cancellations made by students as per the following schedule:
    • Cancellations 21-45 days prior to the workshop start date receive 75% refund of total amount of fees paid to date.
    • Cancellations 8-20 days prior to the workshop start date receive 25% refund of total amount of fees paid to date.
    • Cancellations 7 or less days prior to the workshop start date receive no refund of fees paid.

Money Back Guarantee 

If, within 60 days of completing a workshop/lecture, provided that you apply the knowledge that you learned, you don’t find improvement in the way that you provide coaching to your clients, we will give you your money back (excluding catering/accommodation/travel etc costs where relevant).

HQH will consider the request and deem whether the request is reasonable or offer an alternative solution to the satisfaction of the student.

Procedure – The student must write to HQH requesting the Money Back Guarantee and explain why they are dissatisfied. HQH will review the request and contact the student directly to discuss. Where the complaint is upheld and the materials (manuals and any other texts, handouts etc) have been returned to HQH, the student will be issued a refund of the fees (excluding catering/accommodation/travel etc costs where relevant). Alternatively the refund of the fees can be allocated as a credit for another HQH organized workshop/lecture to be taken within 12 months. Refunds will not be given unless all materials are returned.
