Need to Upgrade?

We can help? We support our customers wherever possible. If you have a Total Gym classic model/s and are interested in upgrading your equipment to the brand spanking new Total Gym product line, let us know and we will do what we can to support your upgrade. We will do our best to help you sell your existing equipment and can provide support for purchasing new equipment.


Account Coordinator Role

Business can be challenging, whether you are revamping an existing business or starting out anew. It is our aim for our Total Gym and fitness equipment customers to be supported not only from start to finish of the sale, but also regularly following the sale. If you are purchasing Total Gym, you will have the dedication of our Account Coordinator Andrea Brett who will support you in the following ways:

  1. Initial introductory phone call to plan out your support schedule
  2. GRAVITY Launch Webinar which offers ideas, recommendations and programming support
  3. Weekly follow up call / email for 4 weeks to ensure you are on track and to offer marketing support ideas
  4. Monthly follow up call / email for 6 months to answer any questions or provide additional support ideas
  5. Quarterly video call to touch base and offer any support where needed.
